Toyota’s Mirai is a large four-door sedan (longer and wider than the Camry) underpinned by a hydrogen fuel cell powertrain.
On public sale in Japan, only limited numbers have come to Australia so far, for lease to organisations keen to trial the vehicle.
The fuel cell provides power to a single electric motor driving the rear wheels with quoted outputs sitting at 134kW/300Nm.
The line-up currently starts at POA for the Mirai Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle and ranges through to POA for the range-topping Mirai Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle.
