2012 Jeep Wrangler holding water

Asked by Joshua Blair

I bought the 2012 JK wrangler, and I'm having massive problems with it holding water. It's back in for its fifth visit due to leaking seals. Now the entire hard top is full of water and it's leaked all through the cab. Living in the tropics this means my car is now full of damp and mould, and the hard top is being replaced. Another two days in the shop, and no courtesy car offered. I have also had seat levers, gear knob and tailgate cover break already. Feels like this car is made pretty cheap and I wouldn't recommend it.

We have contacted Jeep on your behalf and asked they have a service rep check your car. What you describe is unsatisfactory, and I would have expected them to offer you a courtesy car while they sorted yours out.
