My 2014 Toyota Camry Altise appears to have vertical imperfections, with waves or ripples in the windscreen. It's mainly on the passenger side but there is a slight one on the driver's side as well. When I put it in for the 1000km service, the service guy said he had checked and every Camry in the yard had the same imperfections. Is this true and can nothing can be done about it? It is not dangerous but it is distracting and disappointing in a new car.

27 Jul 2014Toyota Australia spokesman Mike Breen says yours is an isolated problem. "The dealership is contacting Mr Beale and will provide him with a new windscreen. We have only a couple of isolated reports which have been corrected by fitting a replacement screen."
