Asked by Rod
I BOUGHT a lovely Mitsubishi 380 SX a month ago. I thought all 380s were suitable for converting to LPG, but I have been told it's not. Is there any way this car can be converted?
Answered by CarsGuide
30 Sep 2009Your advice is incorrect. The 380 is perfectly suited to running on gas and doesn't need to be changed. Mitsubishi tells us it came standard with an LPG-compatible engine. It recommends you have it fitted with the company-endorsed IMPCO conversion kit.
