Asked by Richard Lee.
Though the service book claims the timing belt in my 2004 Holden Vectra CDXi with 168,000 km on the odo needs changing I have heard from my mechanic that this is not required till 120,000 km/240,000 km. How do I find out for sure?

5 Jul 2011Our information is that it needs to be changed at intervals of 120,000 km. If you want to confirm that, I suggest you contact Holden’s Customer Assistance Service.
