When driving my 2002 Nissan Pulsar 1.6-litre at around 60 km/h the engine suddenly slows down and then in couple seconds speeds up again. It's affecting the petrol consumption as well. Can you please help me for what to look?

14 Jun 2011It could be a sensor that’s playing up and sending the wrong signal to the computer on occasions, a sensor like the crank angle sensor, or it could be as simple as the fuel injectors needing a clean.
