The remote central locking on my 2006 Hyundai Elantra has started to malfunction, but when I mention it at service time take the dealer says that they have reset it. Last time I was advised that it was an issue with the key and the ignition not registering that the key had been removed. Have you heard of this happening?

25 Jan 2011Problems with central locking systems are not unusual, have a locksmith check it. Most locksmiths nowadays have the capability of coding keys for most popular models, and they’re usually much cheaper than the dealers.
