Asked by Brendan
We have just purchased a Mercedes-Benz GLC and want to tow a small caravan. The M-B towbar is a swan neck all-in-one cast ball and bar, which is not suitable for caravan towing. As I need levelers on the van, a standard, removable ball is the go, but Hayman Reece and other manufacturers do not make these for this model. Can you help?

21 Nov 2016Start by asking your Mercedes-Benz dealer for their assistance. Explain to them that you want to tow a caravan and that the factory towbar is not suitable. If they cannot help seek the help of towbar companies, such as Hayman-Reece. If might be a case of modifying an existing towbar to suit.
