I am looking at buying a used Subaru Forester 2011 and a friend suggested I email you about a recent article you wrote. In the article, in a response to a reader's letter, you said to watch out for Subarus that were built around the GFC. Is the 2011 model one of these ones to be careful of?

21 Sep 2015Sadly, 2011 is not one of the better years for a Subaru. The new-generation model Forester arrived in 2013 and it gets The Tick. Ironically, a Forester from 2002-2009 is a good choice.
