I bought a 2004 Ford Territory from a dealer, the ad and the paperwork claimed it was a RWD model, which was what I was after, but broke down driving it home. My mechanic told me it was not roadworthy, and most importantly it was AWD not RWD. Can I get my money back, if not what are my options?

17 May 2016I would think your chances are good, if you can show that you bought it believing it to be RWD. From what you have told us the car was incorrectly described in the advertisement and in the paperwork, so you should be entitled to get you money back on the basis that the dealer misrepresented the car to you. Go and talk to him and try to work out a satisfactory resolution.
