Does the LDV V80 have a reliable engine?

I have been told the LDV V80 has a VW motor, also told it has a Mitsubishi motor, which is correct? I expect my cars to last and be reliable for 10-plus years, is this possible with this van?

30 Jun 2017It’s a motor made by VM Motori, which is a Fiat company. It’s one of the largest diesel engine manufacturers in the world. I would expect the LDV to last 10 years and give you decent reliability.
