We have owned Holden station wagons for the past two decades, VN and VX Commodore models. Old school, I know, but we love the reliability and practicality, reversing up to the local football game and opening up the back for a place where people congregate is a tradition. We are looking to upgrade next year but finding it hard to choose between the many wagons on offer and constant technology changes on new models. What do you suggest, as we're not a fan of SUVs or Holden Sportwagon design?

2 Feb 2015A Skoda Octavia wagon would be a good option, or even the larger Superb if you are buying second-hand.
