My 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo has a bad clunk when you take off. Jeep has told me it's normal for this model, and that Chrysler USA has been notified and they are waiting on a response from them. Have other Jeep owners had this problem, if so what they have been told?

5 Oct 2012We haven't had any other complaints of this issue, which doesn't sound normal at all. Perhaps other owners could tell of their experience; in the meantime step up the pressure on Jeep to give you a believable answer.
