The navigation in my 2017 Kia Carnival has an error message: "Application MTXH500YP.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down". What do I do?

17 Aug 2019Take the car to your Kia dealer and have it fixed. Your car is still under warranty so you shouldn't have to pay for any fixes that might be required.
