Kia Cerato: When will the towbar for the GT be ready?

I have a 2016 Kia Cerato sedan with a towbar. I want to purchase another Kia Cerato sedan (GT Cerato), but after waiting nearly 10 months the dealer keeps telling me a towbar is still being developed? When will a towbar be available? Do you think it will be suitable for a GT model?

27 Sep 2019Kia told us that the tow bar is available for all current Cerato models, except the GT. Due to late changes in the rear design of the GT it was necessary to restart the design and validation process for that car well after the other models. It is in development and it’s hoped it will be available by the first month or so of next year.
