Mazda 3 2014: Display screen, speedo and radio not working

The display screen, speedometer display on the dashboard, and the radio doesn't operate on my 2014 Mazda 3. All cease to operate after driving one kilometre. If the engine is stopped and restarted all three return, then go off again.
