Mazda BT-50 2011: Turbo noise?

My dad has a problem with his 2011 Mazda BT-50. Every time the turbo kicks in it makes a squeaking noise. We adjusted the tensioner, but it kept going. I don't know what might be wrong. Can you help?

31 Aug 2018Without being able to view it and hear it firsthand it's hard to suggest what might be wrong. It could be a bearing in the turbo, but that's only an educated guess. I would have a mechanic check it.
