Monaro on gas

Asked by Ack Pierce

The manual for my 2005 Monaro CV8 says the 5.7-litre V8 is not designed for LPG and the performance and safety of the vehicle would be seriously jeopardised if converted. In your column you say a kit has been developed for the 5.7-litre Crewman. Is this suitable for the Monaro?

Impco is about to release dual-fuel kits for all Holdens powered by the 5.7-litre LS1 V8. To check availability, phone Impco's Queensland agent.
