I have been smashing my head against a brick wall with Nissan Waverley and Nissan Australia regarding a customer service/compensation claim and hoping you may have a Nissan contact that would look into my case. Long story short Nissan Waverley had my Patrol for six weeks, but didn't fix it. I then took my car to Nissan Ferntree Gully who fixed it in 3 hours.

10 Mar 2017You won't get anywhere with Nissan, the car is too old, and the dealer is the one that did the work anyway. So it's the dealer you have to negotiate with. You don't say how much money is involved, but I would suggest you consider going to VCAT.
