There’s a burning oil smell from my 2005 3.8-litre Mitsubishi Pajero. I can't see any leaks, or any drips on exhaust. Any ideas?

6 Sep 2011The Mitsubishi engine is generally sound and doesn’t normally use excessive oil. If and when they do it’s usually found to be worn valve stem seals, and it that’s the case you won’t find and leaks or see any sign on the tailpipe.
