Prado service

The dash in my Toyota Prado developed cracks very early on, but I was unable to get my local dealer interested until I produced your article. I have since contacted my nearest city dealership, in Burnie, Tas, after direction from Toyota's national phone support people. Photos were taken and supposedly forwarded on a month ago, but I have had no feedback since. I have a young family and am becoming extremely concerned with the safety aspect of this cracking adjacent to the airbag. Can you tell me if others have had any success with their claims?

As you can see with Peter, above, Toyota has approved his claim for repairs, so I suggest you persist with your claim, and I feel confident it will be resolved.
