Occasionally, when we come to a stop in our 2008 Toyota Corolla Ascent we get a really pungent smell coming through the air vents. It can happen with or without the air-conditioning operating. Any advice you can give us to get rid of this smell would be appreciated.

21 Feb 2014Check under the bonnet and clean any debris that might have accumulated around the air intakes on the dash or plenum chamber.
