Replacing Eos roof

Asked by Elizabeth Anastasio

We reached out to you in the hope of getting help with a faulty roof on my daughter's Volkswagen EOS convertible. It's a $60,000 car purchased in February, 2011 model. I spend $680 to have the roof checked and was told a complete new roof assembly would cost $19,774.70 or, to repair it, $3956. Now I've been contacted by Volkswagen to advise me that Mr John White has approved the cost of the roof repairs. We are so grateful and cannot thank you enough.

That's a great result and entirely down to Mr White, the managing director of Volkswagen Australia. He deserves your, and our, thanks. Jane from Volkswagen called me back yesterday, 20/8/15 & advised me that Mr. John White approved the cost of the Roof Repairs.
