Strange vibration in 2013 Koleos

Over the last three months our 2013 Renault Koleos has developed a problem where the revs are unstable and go up and down and sometimes I can feel a vibration in the car. The dealer says there is nothing wrong with the car, that this is normal. Is that correct?

6 Feb 2015You don't say which transmission it has; it sounds to me that it could it be a CVT? If so it might be the normal operation of the CVT you're experiencing. I would go back to your dealership and ask them to demonstrate how the transmission works.
