I'm interested in the 2019 Subaru Forester and the Outback, but my wife is worried that in the event of an accident luggage will be propelled forward into the vehicle. I have said that the cargo cover will prevent this. Am I correct?

22 Mar 2019The cargo cover will certainly help to restrain the luggage in the event of a crash, but it probably wouldn’t stop it altogether in a major altercation. A proper cargo barrier behind the rear seat would be more effective.
