Like another of your readers I've got the same bad experience on take-off in first and second gear in my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo diesel. Jeep is giving me the run around and say that is normal, but I think it is totally unacceptable. It's only done 50,000 km so far and I bought it brand new. I am considering getting rid of this car if the problem is not solved.
