Thump in the auto
Asked by Fred B
WHEN my ED Falcon's gearbox is cold it changes smoothly, but when it heats up, the change seems to have a time lag, then catches up with a thump. What could be the cause?

20 Apr 2006IT COULD be one of a number of things, but it is most likely the pressure control solenoid in the valve body, experts at AW Automatics say.
