Last November I bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit with an April 2014 build date and I am really pleased with the vehicle, with one exception. When I drive over bumps or speed humps in carparks the suspension thumps. It is even louder if I have raised the adjustable suspension to Off Road 1 or 2. The service manager at my dealership denied this was a problem with the adjustable suspension models. I have read of similar problems in previous CarsGuide editions and your claim that Jeep has solved the problem. What can I do to get the problem sorted out?

25 May 2015It's a known problem, there is a simple fix and I'll report your unhappy situation to Jeep headquarters to get an early response.
