My wife and I recently traded up to newer cars, a 2004 Toyota RAV4 2.4-litre and a 2007 Toyota Aurion, and I was wondering if they have belts or timing chains? Having checked the Service books for both cars, I can't see any mention of changing the belts.

6 Dec 2010Both have timing chains so there's no requirement to service them.
