Asked by Ricky Bryan
A WORK colleague has been scouring the suburbs for servos that still carry LRP for her 1984 Pulsar. She doesn't want to get rid of her car as it still serves her needs. Would a 1984 Pulsar run on unleaded or does she need to buy a fuel additive?

28 Jan 2005I WOULD recommend using a fuel additive such as Valvemaster or Flashlube. They are available at your local servo and are easy to add to the fuel whenever you fill up.
