The paint on the bonnet and boot of my 2010 Toyota Corolla peeling off in sheets. It is embarrassing to drive the vehicle in this condition and also there are sheets of the topcoat peeling off. I was told that this is a manufacturer fault for the paint.

31 May 2019It is a common problem with the waterborne paints that are used today. The only solution is to repaint the affected panels. You could talk to Toyota (1800 869 682).
