Asked by Gary Nixon
What do you think of the paint and leather seat protection my Toyota dealer is offering me for the Aurion I am planning to buy?
Answered by CarsGuide
28 Jun 2011I can’t answer your question directly because I don’t know what protection product you are being offered, but you need to understand that it is the dealer who is offering it you, not Toyota. I would ask the dealer why he thinks Toyota’s paint and trim isn’t up to scratch, such that it needs extra protection. Ask also how it works and what it will do for you, and how you would know if it wasn’t doing the job. In my view these products are not worth spending your hard-earned on.
