Isuzu has been recognised as the Best of the Best in Australia for the second time as part of the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards for 2020.
To become the Best of the Best again, 2018 winner Isuzu (average customer satisfaction rating of 94.92%) edged out all brands, not just automotive ones, although Toyota (94.0%) did finish in fourth place in that award.
For reference, the Top 5 for the Best of the Best award was rounded out by First Choice Liquor (94.88%), Apple iPhone (94.1%) and RAA (92.5%).

That said, the Major Car Manufacturer of the Year award went home with Toyota, while Mercedes-Benz and Suzuki scored honourable mentions.

“This not only speak volumes about the reliability and durability of Isuzu vehicles, but also about the support team that works day in and day out to ensure their drivers are satisfied with their owner experience.”
