Tasman Revival
The three-day race meeting was a celebration of the 40th anniversary of Formula 5000 open-wheel competition, and recaptured the enthusiasm of the trans-Tasman raciong events of the 60s and 70s, which featured legends such as Jack Brabham, Stirling Moss and Jackie Stewart.
The event at Eastern Creek saw more than 200 cars take part, including a number of pristinely restored examples bearing the badges of Brabham, Ferrari, McLaren and Lotus.
