The most revealing teaser shots of the Kia Tasman ute have surfaced online, as overseas sources widely report that the ute will make its official debut at the Jeddah motor show on October 29.
Once again, it is The Korean Car Blog who has published the leaked images, just days after it obtained spy shots of the Tasman under camouflaged road-going guise.
The latest snaps show much of what has been suspected in previous teaser shots, as well as some additional design details.

Most notably there is a monster ‘Kia Tasman’ graphic embossed on the vehicle’s rear tub. There’s also a brand new tail light design in Kia’s signature ‘opposites united’ styling.
There are no additional images of the car’s interior or engine updates, which is rumoured to be a version of the 2.2-litre turbo-diesel four-cylinder engine currently available in the Kia Sorento where it delivers 148kW/440Nm.
Teasers of the Kia Tasman ute have been emerging for months, showcasing the vehicle’s extensive testing in Australia, which is shaping up as one of the car’s key markets.
The brand will debut the Tasman at the Jeddah International Motor Show on October 29 at 6pm Australian Eastern daylight saving time. The event will be streamed to live audiences via the Kia Worldwide YouTube channel.
