The Holden Trax was a small five-door, five-seat SUV competing against the likes of the Mazda CX-3, Mitsubishi ASX, and Toyota C-HR in the small SUV segment.
It left the Australian market in early 2020, along with the Holden brand. The last examples found homes in June of that year.
Built in GM's plant in Incheon, South Korea, the little Trax was offered with a naturally aspirated 1.8-litre engine and five-speed manual gearbox, or the far superior 1.4-litre turbo/six-speed auto combo. It was only available as a front-wheel drive. It was given a comprehensive redesign inside and out early in 2016, which realigned the model's pricing structure as well. The refresh updated the ageing multimedia system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
This vehicle is also known as Chevrolet Tracker (Russia/Brazil).
