The 2025 Lexus GX550 is available in three grades: the seven-seat (3-2-2) Luxury, the five-seat Overtrail (3-2) and the seven-seat (3-2-2) Sports Luxury.

Every second row features a 60:40 split folding seat with a one-touch tumble function.
The third-row seat in the seven-seat Luxury and Sports Luxury is a 50:50 split double flat seat.
Lexus GX 550 Boot Space
The Luxury and Sports Luxury grades each has seven seats and listed cargo space is listed as 291 litres behind the third row, 1138 litres (with the third row stowed away), and 2177 litres (with the second row stowed away).
The Overtrail does not have the third row of seats. Its cargo space is listed as 1063L with all seats in use, and 2000 litres if the back row is folded down.
