I've about $50,000 to spend on a new SUV and have narrowed it down to the Nissan Pathfinder ST-L 2WD and Toyota Kluger GXL 2WD. The Nissan has more car for your money, good on fuel and reasonable servicing price. The Toyota has less bang for buck, on par with fuel and cheaper to service. I'd love the Jeep Grand Cherokee but I've heard they have issues, are not as cheap to service and are heavy on fuel.

24 Aug 2015Getting the Jeep would be overkill if you don't go off-road and it seems you've answered your own question in favour of the Nissan. I give the Pathfinder The Tick and it tops the Kluger for me.
