I wrote to you earlier this year about capped price servicing for the Megane RS265 and you contacted Renault Australia for clarification. Renault kindly agreed to cover a service for me and I just had the 40,000-kilometre service paid by Renault. Many thanks to you and Matilda at Renault for the happy outcome.
