I bought a 2018 Ford Ranger Wildtrak six months ago. It has a vibration on take off and when driving, especially around 80 km. I have taken it to independent mechanics, all of which agree there is a problem. I have taken it back to the Ford dealership a number of times, but they claim it’s a characteristic of the Wildtrak. Where do you suggest I go from here?

15 Mar 2019Have the dealer justify the claim that it’s a characteristic of the Wildtrak, perhaps ask him to let you drive other Wildtraks to see for yourself, and don’t accept any explanation that doesn’t make sense. You could also contact Ford (13 3673) and ask for their help in resolving your complaint.
