Honda fuel glutton
Asked by D. Davidson
SINCE I raised the issue of fuel consumption on my Honda VTi, I have noticed other complaints about Honda fuel use. My dealer tested it and claimed to get 7.2 litres for 100km, but I am still getting 16 litres for 100km. I am also not happy with my dealer who drove my car 3686km, without permission, while supposedly inquiring into my complaints.

23 Aug 2007I WOULD be asking the dealer to demonstrate how they were able to get 7.2 litres for 100km from your car. Not only that, I would be furious if my dealer drove my car almost 4000km while in their care. It's outrageous and I would take it up with the dealer principal directly -- and with Honda if you don't get a reasonable response. Consider changing to another dealer as well.
