I want to buy a used car, either a Volvo C70 (2003-2007) or Jaguar X-Type (2002-2004). Which would be better and what are the maintenance, running costs, fuel efficiency, and the reliability of these cars? Are they worth buying as your first budget car in Australia?

22 Dec 2017I wouldn’t recommend either of them as a budget buy, unless you have deep pockets. They are both too old. While they might not be very exciting, a car from one of the big Asian brands, such as Mazda or Toyota, would be a much better choice for someone with a limited budget.
