Kia Sportage: Accessories not available

I bought a MY19 Kia Sportage several weeks ago, but my dealer is saying the accessories – tow bar, roof rails, window weather shields and cargo liner – are not yet available.
What can I do to pass on my annoyance directly to Kia?

21 Dec 2018You can call Kia’s customer assistance service on 1800 600 010, but I suspect you won’t get the satisfaction you’re looking for. I believe you’ll find that the accessories you are waiting for are aftermarket items fitted by the dealer, and not from Kia.
