Land Rover Discovery Sport 2012: Engine failure

Asked by Glen

I own a 2012 Land Rover Discovery Sport with only 58,000 km on it. The engine has just failed and LRA want nothing to do with it even though they are aware of many failures. Surely they have a responsibility to cover a failure so early in the engine life. Fit for purpose I think not. What can I do to get them to come to the party?

Seek advice from the state government consumer affairs people, or take LRA to VCAT.
