What are your views on me fitting a performance chip to a 2003 V6 Passat?

5 Apr 2012I would urge caution. Chipmakers extract greater performance from cars by going closer to the edge of destruction than a manufacturer would dare do. Do your homework and establish what the chip will do to the calibration of your car and assess the possible problems that could occur, and then make your decision.
