Ford Mondeo 2014: Seat comfort?

I have a Ford Mondeo wagon as a company car. It is a nice enough car, but within a month I had lower back problems. By the third month I had a random muscle twitch in my leg. I am not the only one in the company that this has happened to, there are others as well. When I complained I was told my seat was not adjusted correctly, but I don't think that's the case. I complained to the point they gave me an old Ford wagon and my problem went in two weeks. Have you heard of this issue with the Mondeo?

28 Mar 2014We haven't had complaints about the seat comfort in the Mondeo. You should try changing the seat adjustment to see if you can find a position that doesn't cause your problem. The leg twitch could be caused by the position of the seat cushion, so try adjusting that first.
