The F-Pace remains largely the same on the outside but gains extra gear inside.
As competition ramps up in the premium SUV space, Jaguar has refreshed its F-Pace SUV for the 2024 model year.
Following similar moves for other models in the Jaguar Land Rover stable, Jaguar’s Australian arm has trimmed the F-Pace line-up from seven to five model grades.
The P400 R-Dynamic SE and HSE all-wheel drives have been dropped, leaving one diesel and four petrol grades - including the fire-breathing V8-powered SVR.

Jaguar has ushered in a price increase across the F-Pace range, a decision it has blamed on changes in supply costs, but it has also added features to each grade.
The entry-level R-Dynamic P250 S is up by $1500, meaning the range now starts from $83,700 before on-road costs. This grade gains a digital driver’s display, heated electric power-fold memory exterior mirrors (with auto dimming on the driver’s side), auto high beam assist, an animated indicator signature and a bright pack.
Both the petrol R-Dynamic P250 and diesel D300 SE add the digital driver’s display, a black exterior pack and ambient cabin lighting. These grades are up by $2100 in price.
The remaining 400 model, the Sport AWD, now comes with an interactive driver’s display, unique 22-inch alloy wheels, and an ‘Ebony Morzine’ headliner. The P400 has increased by $3850.
Finally the 405kW/700Nm V8-powered SVR performance flagship adds illuminated metal treadplates, and cops a $5200 price increase to $155,100.
It might be the priciest F-Pace money can buy, but it still undercuts other V8-powered hi-po SUVs like the BMW X5 M50i ($164,900) or the Porsche Cayenne S ($185,000).
The F-Pace is in its twilight years after launching in Australia in mid-2016. It has had a number of updates since, including mid-life facelifts and several model year updates.
Jaguar has announced it will become an electric only brand from 2025 on, using an in-house EV platform, meaning the internal combustion F-Pace will be phased out in time for the 2025 deadline.
Despite its age, the F-Pace is Jaguar’s best seller in Australia so far this year, but with just 48 units sold, it is now being outsold by the Genesis GV80, Audi Q8 and all of the major players like the BMW X5, Mercedes-Benz GLE and more.
