Ford Fiesta 2012: Noisy transmission
Ford has been working to help Fiesta owners with gearbox problems but obviously not well enough. This is ammunition for another attack and I hope to have some good news soon.
Ford Fiesta 2012: Transmission problems
I can feel your frustration. It's bad enough that your car has a problem, it's worse when the car company doesn't appear to care. It would appear you have been treated very poorly. The issue needs to be sorted out with Ford, so keep calling until you get the response you want. You could also take it higher, to Ford's boss, Graeme Whickman, or you could consult a lawyer and send Ford a solicitor's letter demanding they take action to fix your car.
Ford Fiesta 2013: Gearbox shuddering and noises?
Don’t take any notice of the dealer; I would be very angry if I was told it was the way I drive. The gearbox needs to be repaired; the problem you have got is quite common. Take it back to the dealer and insist they fix it, or call Ford’s customer service people and ask them to get it fixed.
Ford Fiesta 2013: Oil leaking and shuddering?
Call Ford’s customer assistance people and explain your concern to them, and request that they replace the transmission, or have them cut you a deal on a new car. What they have put you through with your car is unacceptable.

Ford says they now have a solution to your problem. Expect contact soon from Ford after Stephen Kruk got on the job, with a new clutch and a free service.
Ford Fiesta 2013: Is there a fix for the transmission shuddering?
Ford says it has a solution and I'm passing your details across to get a fix for your Fiesta.
Ford Fiesta: Dealer reselling faulty example
Ford Australia head of customer Stephen Kruk says: “Since the dealer regained possession of the car we have thoroughly tested the vehicle and it is operating as it should. That is why it is ready to be resold. The car has the balance of new-car warranty so the next owner retains our backing and support if any component was to go wrong. With the repairs complete we are totally confident it will be a great car for someone.”
Ford Fiesta 2010: Clutch issue after warranty expires?
Haven’t you suffered enough? You’ve endured five years of misery, just get out of the car and get into something more reliable. You could attempt to negotiate extended warranty coverage with Ford, but I doubt they will be interested beyond the extended warranty they have already given you.
Ford Fiesta 2012: Clutch shuddering
It's often the only way of bringing pressure to bear when you're not getting the right response. I would take it back to the dealer and demand that they fix it. You need to be assertive at this point, and while still being polite let the dealer and Ford know that you are very unhappy with the situation.
