The Honda NSX is one of the most legendary supercars of modern times, and finally – and we mean finally – the Japanese company has spawned a second generation car, almost 15 years after the original mid-engined beauty went off sale.
The new $391,930 NSX Premium (hybrid) bristles with modern tech, including a 373kW twin-turbo V6 mounted midships, and a trio of electric engines adding another 54kW for a total of 427kW. It’s also dripping with carbon fibre parts, including carbon brake rotors. It’s taken several years to come to fruition, and the first Aussie orders for the $420,000 two-seater were taken in August 2016. First deliveries were expected in early 2017.
This vehicle is also known as Acura NSX (America).
