Toyota Kluger 2016: Delivered with wrong paint

Last month I purchased a new Toyota Kluger AWD. On the contract we signed for Eclipse Black, but on delivery received Dynamic Black. Toyota doesn't seem to be concerned and the dealer is giving us a lot of spin, but no explanation. I paid for premium paint. What is my right as a consumer?

The car is not as you ordered it, so you have every right to refuse to accept it.
